What is a charm drop?
Every month, we release a new limited collection of charms built around a single theme.
Each drop is available for exactly 30 days —
then it closes forever. No restocks, no exceptions.
This is how we keep every bracelet truly unique.
Can I order after the drop ends?
No. Once a collection closes, those charms
are retired permanently. We occasionally bring
back the most-loved charms once a year
for a 72-hour "Return" event —
follow @kazka.charm to be the first to know.
How do I build my bracelet?
It's simple:
1. Choose your chain (gold, silver, or rose gold)
2. Pick your charms from the current collection
3. Add everything to your cart and checkout
We assemble your bracelet by hand and ship it
to you in a gift-ready box.
How many charms can I add?
We recommend 3–7 charms per bracelet
for the best look. You can add as many
as you like — but we'll let you know
if a combination won't work well together.
Can I mix charms from different drops?
Absolutely. If you have charms from a previous
drop, you can order a new chain or additional
charms from the current collection.

What are the bracelets made of?
All our chains and charms are made from
316L stainless steel with 18K gold, silver,
or rose gold plating.

Will my bracelet tarnish?
Stainless steel is highly resistant to tarnishing.
To keep your bracelet looking its best:
· Remove before swimming in chlorinated pools
· Avoid direct contact with perfume and harsh chemicals
· Store in the pouch provided when not wearing
· Wipe clean with a soft dry cloth

Can I return my order?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery
for unused, unassembled items in original condition.
Custom-assembled bracelets are non-returnable
unless there is a manufacturing defect —
because each one is built specifically for you.

My bracelet arrived damaged — what do I do?
We're sorry to hear that. Please email us
at kazka.jewelry.brand@gmail.com within 48 hours
of receiving your order with:
· Your order number
· A photo of the damage
We'll send a replacement immediately
at no extra cost.
Can I exchange a charm for a different one?
If the charm you want is still available
in the current drop — yes, we can exchange
within 7 days of your order,
before assembly begins.
