Returns & Refunds

At Kazka, we want you to love every piece 
you receive. Here's everything you need to know 
about our return and refund policy.


RETURNS

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery 
for items that are:
· Unused and unassembled
· In original condition and packaging
· Not from a retired / closed collection

To initiate a return, email us at 
hello@kazkacharm.com with your order number 
and reason for return.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility 
of the customer unless the item is defective.


CUSTOM-ASSEMBLED BRACELETS

Bracelets that have been assembled to your 
specifications are non-returnable, as each 
piece is built uniquely for you.

Exception: if your bracelet arrives with 
a manufacturing defect or was assembled 
incorrectly, we will replace it immediately 
at no cost to you.


DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, 
please contact us within 48 hours of delivery:

· Email: kazka.jewelry.brand@gmail.com
· Include your order number and a photo

We will send a replacement as soon as possible.


REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, 
we will notify you by email.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 
business days to your original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless 
the return is due to our error.


EXCHANGES

Charm exchanges are accepted within 7 days 
of ordering, before assembly begins, 
subject to availability.

Email kazka.jewelry.brand@gmail.com as soon as possible.


LIMITED EDITION POLICY

All Kazka collections are limited edition — 
available for 30 days only.

We do not restock retired collections 
under any circumstances. Please check 
the collection end date before ordering.
